We are enjoying a double celebration after recently being awarded five AA star status and also two AA rosettes for the recently launched Byron's Bar & Grill. We would also like to advise of the recent changes to the dining arrangements at Seaham Hall and invite you all to wish new Head Chef Simon Bolsover a very warm welcome to the team.
Over the next few months, Simon will be working alongside Martin Blunos, Culinary Director, to create exciting new menus to reflect our new dining arrangements outlined below. We have listened to feedback from members and customers alike and have adapted our dining arrangements to reflect the requirements and desires of our guests.
With two excellent restaurants, both of which have an emphasis and commitment to using only quality ingredients. Culinary Director Martin Blunos has worked with the team to create fabulous menus for both restaurants which we are sure will inspire you to return time and time again.
