The Food Week is a festival of cooking with some of the country's top young chefs who are shaping the future of British cooking. Each day we welcome a different young and up and coming chef to The Pass to create a stunning six-course tasting menu dinner - watch the drama and theatre of a busy top-flight kitchen in full flow.

Committed to serving some of the best organic Sussex produce and around 80% of the restaurant's ingredients are sourced from within a 30 mile radius of the restaurant, allowing them to support local farmers and suppliers.
