We are honoured to be joined by owner and winemaker of Champagne House Maison Giraud-Hemart, Claude Giraud.

Accompanying a delicious menu from Executive Chef, David Campbell we will taste the full range of Champagnes including the spectacular but little known Henri Giraud 'Fût de Chêne' 98, one of the finest Champagnes available today.

This event is also an opportunity for you to be amongst the first to view our new Henri Giraud Chef's Table which will officially open this evening. The Champagne inspired Chef's Table, spectacularly located in the main kitchen will be available for private parties of up to eight covers.

                                         Butternut soup with roasted cumin crème fraiche

£90 per person to include Champagne and canapé reception, dinner and all wines. A special B&B rate is available from £175.00 per night.
