We are honoured to be joined by owner and winemaker of Champagne House Maison Giraud-Hemart, Claude Giraud.

Accompanying a delicious menu from Executive Chef, David Campbell we will taste the full range of Champagnes including the spectacular but little known Herni Giraud 'Fût de Chêne' 98, one of the finest Champagnes available today.

This event is also an opportunity for you to be amongst the first to view our new Henri Giraud Chef's Table which will officially open this eveing. The Henri Giraud Champagne inspired Chef's Table, spectacularly located in the main kitchen will be available for private parties of up to 8 covers.

                                         Butternut soup with roasted cumin crème fraiche


              Hot smoked salmon, pickled cucumber, warm cauliflower cream and oscietra caviar


       Roast Cornish scallop, composition of mushrooms, cep emulsion, capers and parsley infused

                                                                   with walnut oil


      Roast rump of Laverstock Estate lamb, sweetbread tempura, crushed swede, braised belly

                                                             sandwich, thyme jus


                                   Mini kilner of Bramley apple, lemon grass and ginger jelly


                Iced vanilla parfait with ginger nut crust, warm berry sponge, blackberry sorbet


                                                  Freshly brewed coffee and petit fours

£90 per person to include Champagne and canapé reception, dinner and all wines. A special B&B rate is available from £175.00 per night.
