The Ascot Bar has also enjoyed a makeover, with a refurbished cocktail bar and lounge, plus exciting cocktails to match, mixed by head bar man Antonio Dandrea.

To celebrate its re-opening The Brasserie is offering an 'Early Bird' menu Monday to Friday from 5.00pm to 7.00pm with the two course menu costing £18 and £21 for three-courses.

The Brasserie's new menu reflects its full support of local produce therefore, chiming with the seasons. Designed by head chef Iain Inman, it features starters such as Home Smoked and Cured Fish or a Crustacean place consisting of Maldon oysters, crab, langoustines, prawns and shrimp, main courses such as Saddle of Sussex mutton, boulangere of shoulder, shallot puree, olive & garlic Jus. And a speciality of the restaurant will include a grill section of Surrey bred Beef.
