Burgundy Dinner with David Sommerfelt and Chris Piper

Friday, 7th March 2008

We are delighted to be holding a Burgundy evening in association with David Sommerfelt and Chris Piper from Christopher Piper Wines.

Presented with Chris Piper and David Sommerfelt, the event has been constructed around some of the finest recent vintages from this great classical region.

Chris is a qualified oenologist with his own vineyards in Brouilly and is Chairman of Christopher Piper Wines.

David, although now retired, has been in the wine trade for over 50 years and his knowledge and love of Burgundy is irreproachable. The menu has been carefully compiled to reflect the 'terroir' and history of the region and the wines will be predominantly Premier and Grand Cru.
