Albert Roux OBE has been associated with Scotland's most renowned small luxury hotel group ICMI since 2009, where he operates several of the hotels restaurants under the Chez Roux brand. Albert has often declared his fondness for Scotland, particularly its fishing, saying "the Highlands and islands of Scotland are paradise".

The Atholl, part of the ICMI group, has been heralded as Edinburgh's most exclusive luxury hotel and will be playing host to this magnificent fine dining event.

Legendary Chefs Albert Roux OBE, KFO and Michel Roux Jnr will be hosting an exclusive lunch and dinner at The Atholl this summer. Chefs Albert and Michel Roux Jnr will treat guests to delicious dishes including Loch Fyne Oysters, Scottish Black Face Lamb, Duck and Pistachios & Wild Scottish Halibut ensuring an unforgettable dining experience.

Monday June 3rd - Dinner £95.00 per person

Arrive at 7pm for a chilled glass of Albert Blanc de Blanc Champagne and Canapés with dinner served at 7.30pm
Tuesday June 4th - Lunch £70 per person
Arrive at 12noon for a chilled glass of Albert Blanc de Blanc Champagne and Canapés with lunch served at 12.30pm
