How the Card Works

Luxury Restaurant Guide members, or associate members from affiliated clubs which bear the Luxury Restaurant Guide or Design Restaurants logo on the reverse of the card, receive offers or added value at participating Club properties during the allocated times shown on www.luxuryrestaurantguide.com

Where members are able to enjoy complimentary dining, this means: Members dine complimentary on each occasion when dining with the specified number of guests during the times listed. The bill is calculated by dividing the total food bill (less beverages and service) by the number in the party, i.e. two people dining receive 50% reduction from the food bill, three people a third etc.

Where members are able to enjoy other exclusive offers, rates and privileges, these will be indicated on the Luxury Restaurant Guide website with the times listed. The Restaurant may change their benefits and meal periods from time to time.

Terms and Conditions of Use

Membership Card: Membership cards are individual, personalised and non transferable. The benefits are subject to presentation of a valid membership card or digital card only. This card is the property of the Issuing Agent and must be returned upon request. Strictly one card per table.

Delivery: On joining The Luxury Restaurant Club you will receive a welcome email within 72 hours of acceptance to the Club, unless under exceptional circumstances. Members will then be able to instantly download a digital card for use with most Android or iPhone applications.

Members requiring and paying for printed Luxury Restaurant Club memberships or associate Hotel Club memberships will also receive a Welcome Pack by standard second class post within 5 workings days. If you do not receive your Welcome Pack you must contact us within 30 days to request a replacement. Beyond 30 days, any replacement card for non received Welcome Packs that are issued will carry a £20 reissue fee and be issued with the same original expiry date.

Members registering for a digital card only membership which is accessed via the App or by special promotions will not receive a plastic card or Welcome Pack.

Participating Club Restaurants: Luxury Restaurant Guide and its participating Club restaurants reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, vary or in any way change at any time without notice, any discount, reward, restaurant, meal validity period, or other benefit previously offered or expressed as available to you as a member. Luxury Restaurant Guide shall not be liable for any loss or damage from such a withdrawal, cancellation or variation or failure of the participating restaurant in any way to provide the service. Any liability the Luxury Restaurant Guide shall have to the member of any sort shall not under any circumstances exceed the annual fee for membership paid by the member to the Luxury Restaurant Guide. Please note, members will have the benefit of any additional restaurants which join the Club at a later date.

Where members purchase food and drinks from any shown restaurant, any losses or liability arising out of, or in connection with, such food or drink shall be the relevant restaurants liability. The Luxury Restaurant Guide accepts no liability for any negative experiences or substandard food or drink at any shown restaurant and we cannot become involved in any dispute between you and the any restaurant.

The Luxury Restaurant Guide will use all reasonable endeavours to update our site to show the particulars of all restaurants and participating Club restaurants but shall have no liability for any discrepancies or for any changes, withdrawals, omissions or changes in terms and conditions or availability.

Lost or Stolen Cards: Lost or stolen cards must be reported to the Club immediately. An administration charge of £10 may be incurred. After receipt of the member pack any vouchers which may be contained in the Welcome Packs cannot be replaced if lost.

Exclusions: TThe card is not valid for use on February 14th, Mothering Sunday, December 25th, 26th and 31st, or for specified functions, promotions, meal periods and events. Please check prior to booking. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

Cancellations: Cancellations are honoured up to fourteen days from purchase, but termination will not be effective until the card has been returned and is unused. Subject to a cancellation fee of £25.
