Danesfield House Hotel are hosting an evening on Thursday 19th September with Fine Wines from The House of Bruno Paillard paired with delicious dishes created by Chef Adam Simmonds.
Bruno Paillard is from a long lineage of brokers and growers in the two Grands Crus villages of Bouzy and Verzenay. His House is recognised by the English Press as developing some of the finest wines in the region. Bruno Paillard is known as a true pioneer in developing his Champagnes to go beyond what existed in terms of purity and elegance.
Chef Adam Simmonds has created a delicious 6 course menu with each of the courses being paired by a different selection from The House of Bruno Paillard.

at 7.30pm for drinks at your leisure in the cocktail bar and at 8pm everybody will be seated in the Adam Simmonds Restaurant for a welcome from Francois Colas from The House of Bruno Paillard who will talk you through the champagne and the food to compliment. |
